Delivery area

We deliver eligible orders within the United Arab Emirates. Availability for a specific destination is confirmed when the order is placed.

Shipping charges

Standard UAE delivery is currently shown as AED 0 for eligible products. If a different delivery charge applies to an order, it will be disclosed before the order is confirmed. Customers will not be charged an undisclosed delivery fee.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are processed after stock, product condition, delivery address and payment method are confirmed. The expected delivery timing is communicated during order confirmation and may vary by destination, product availability, weekends, public holidays and courier operations.

Order tracking and delays

Inspection on delivery
